Whether we are dedicated meditators or someone simply looking for an increase of peace in life, we will meet resistance once in a while. Just as in everyday life, our meditation practice will have its dry spells, and in this episode we dive deeper into some of those potential pitfalls. For instance, we explore how to meditate when loss and grief trouble our hearts and how we can help ourselves to heal in the process. We also explore how laziness or tiredness can be further obstacle to overcome as we try to sow and grow nurturing habits in our lives. Tune in to this episode to hear some real life examples on how we have met and worked with the resistance of not wanting to do the work which we know will benefit us greatly.
